Current Journeyman's rate: $35.50 + 10% Vacation Pay

3rd Year Apprentice Rate is 70% + 10% Vacation Pay
2nd Year Apprentice Rate is 60% + 10% Vacation Pay
1st Year Apprentice Rate is 50% + 10% Vacation Pay
